For all the Managers and Co-Workers I’ve worked with

Good morning. We can practice compassion for people who have upset us to help our feelings move on, but sometimes specifying a subject solidifies an individual in our minds, possibly an individual who we will never actually meet again. In this case, it’s better to broaden the subject so something that includes the individual of our perpetuating anger, for example:

I practice compassion for all the managers and co-workers I’ve worked with

With compassion, I free them from suffering
With compassion, I help them find peace and feel safe in this world
With compassion, I create contentment in their lives
With compassion, I inspire them to flourish

With patience and good humour, I welcome the imperfections of all the managers and co-workers I’ve worked with
With sympathy, I feel for their suffering
With empathy, I mind what their feeling and try to understand why

For all the managers and co-workers I’ve worked with, I seek wisdom
I nurture a broad perspective of them
I foster gratefulness for them
And I acknowledge that suffering and difficulties are part of their lives

Well done friends😄
